If you are not satisfied with our products, you have the changes to return them and get a refund within our policies as stated below. You must refund the products within seven days of the delivery.
Please note that not all products are refundable due to public health and safety interest.
Proof of Purchase :
Please make sure to keep your receipt or order number alongside you before contacting us for a refund, as it would help you process the refund faster.
Refund due to change of mind :
You are eligible for a refund if you change your mind. However, this is only applicable in events where the product is not shipped from our warehouse.
Free cancellation is allowed for orders that are not shipped. You can also cancel a delivery if it exceeds the delivery date by 30 days.
Incorrect or faulty product :
We offer free replacement or refund if the products delivered to you are damaged or incorrect. Refund is only applicable if the delivered order no. Matches the shipping order id. The customer (name mentioned in the shipping address) must be present while receiving the product. If someone else accepts the order, you are not eligible for a refund or return.

Incorrect product delivered :
In events where you receive the wrong product, you must contact our customer service within seven days of receiving the order. Our team will review the issue and provide you with a pre-paid shipping label for returning the product. You can then choose to reship the correct development or receive a full refund.
Damaged/Defective product delivered :
If you receive a damaged, defective or expired product, please get in touch with our customer service within seven days of the delivery, along with our order number and a description of the product’s condition. After careful consideration, our customer support team will either replace the product or provide you with a full refund.
Delayed Delivery :
A delivery delay might happen due to several reasons such as restrictions imposed by your resident country, customs issues, covid-19 impositions, etc.
If your product is not delivered within the estimated delivery date, we request you check the current location of your shipment by clicking the tracking link we sent you in your email. If you cannot find any information, contact our support team, and we will get our delivery partners to know your delivery status. If you have not received the product, we will provide you with a free reshipment.
Please note that we will not provide reshipment or refund if you have entered the wrong shipping address while ordering the product.
We may deny a refund or reshipment of products in events where :
- You have ordered a wrong product/s by mistake
- You have partially or fully consumed the product
- You have opened the seal or strip of the product
- You are returning the product due to a change in prescription
- You were not physically present while receiving the order
- You have entered a wrong shipping address
- You have tampered with or lost the bard code, price tag, or invoice of the delivered goods
Refund of payment :
All approved refunds will be processed on the same mode of payment. For example, if you have made the payment through a credit card, then the refund will be processed in your bank account associated with the credit card.
Please note that all refunds will be processed once confirmed by our team. We are authorized to refuse a refund if we find any discrepancies in your reason behind the refund.
We may take necessary legal action or impose a permanent ban on your account if you request a fake refund claiming the quality of our products as inferior or spurious or anything that negatively affects the reputation of our brands or partners.
